Although people may talk or make comments, really nobody is actually thinking of you that much. People are more concerned about themselves than they are about you. Everyone is just a 1-second thought in someone’s head.

Its apart of life that we care what people think, but when you start holding yourself back:

Know that you are here for a bigger reason.

You aren’t here to please everyone.

If you are, that’s why you are caring so much.

People are entitled to their own voice and opinions, but their opinion is theirs and their truth. It doesn’t mean it the truth.

Their opinions are how they see the world, it has nothing to do with you. Everyone is going through their own life experience.

It’s really not about what they think, it’s about how you are going to let it control your actions.You can’t control how others see you – but you can control how you see yourself. When someone tells you, you can’t – that’s their limitation on yours.

No one should have power over your internal condition and if someone says something to you that affects you, it could be a signal or a blessing in disguise to inspire you to move forward.

It’s not what happens to us but our response to what happens to us that hurts us.

Choose to take your power back no one can hurt you without your mental consent.

  2. Accept you care, which will help you make the choice to go ahead and do what is best for you.
  3. Practice Self-Love, get in tune with who you really are, meditate, give time for yourself to clear your mind.

Now you are free. Everyone is too busy to be focused on themselves to worry about you and what you are doing. So go and follow your dreams and don’t care what anyone says!
