A: Make sure there are no spaces in the email address or password boxes. Manually input your email address and password instead of using autofill.
Q: I am being redirected to the membership selection page again and again.▼
A: Please ensure you have an active membership on the website or that the payment you made for the subscription was processed correctly. Any additional issue, please contact us here: [email protected]
Q: I am unable to reset my password.▼
A: Kindly check your spam folder for possible mail delivery. Also, add [email protected] to your address book so our communication emails do not land in the spam folder. You will be emailed a “Reset Password request” and as soon as you click the confirmation link marked in the mail, you will be redirected to the homepage. When you see the homepage you will get another email with a randomly generated password from our system. This is done to ensure strict security for you. You can then use this password to log in to your account. Should you still have problems, please use a so called private/incognito window in your browser to log into your account.
Q: How can I cancel my membership?▼

IMPORTANT: Cancelling takes 2 separate steps. Doing only Step 1 will NOT stop future charges.
Step 1 – Cancel on our site: Click here, choose SUBSCRIPTIONS, then press the “Remove” button on the far right. You will keep access until the end of your current paid period.
Step 2 – Cancel your recurring payment directly with PayPal or Stripe (required): Our site cannot cancel your payment provider’s recurring billing for you – this must be done directly with them, otherwise you will keep being charged even after Step 1.
– If you paid by PayPal: log in to PayPal, go to Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments, find “Light On Conspiracies”, and cancel it there. (Manage automatic payments on PayPal)
– If you paid by card via Stripe: check the payment receipt email you received from Stripe after your last payment – it contains a “Manage your subscription” link you can use to cancel directly. If you cannot find that email, email us at [email protected] with your registered email address and we will cancel the Stripe subscription on our end.

A: This almost always means Step 2 above (cancelling directly with PayPal or Stripe) was not completed. Cancelling on our site alone does not stop PayPal, Stripe, or your bank from charging you, since that billing relationship is between you and the payment provider, not us.
Please check:
– Did you cancel directly on PayPal (Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments)?
– Did you use the “Manage your subscription” link in your Stripe receipt email to cancel?
If you have done both and are still being charged, or cannot find those options, email us at [email protected] with your registered email address and we will help cancel it from our end and check for a refund of any mistaken charge.
