I’ve had fear creeping in here and there and that’s ok really as long as we don’t stay there. What works for me every time a thought comes to my mind that’s not from me or one I like, I put it in a bubble and blow it away with my blessing. Sage is a wonderful thing to use.Really does work. I have sage in one hand and a wind chime in another. Love the sound when blessing my house. I send you blessings of love and light. And blessings of healing to the world

Thank you for sharing these experiences of humanity coming together. Within the past week, I moved across state lines during the quarantine time in the US. I rarely experienced anything but kindness as I traveled through 4 states. I was even gifted large quantities of toilet paper from two people I have just met. They both seemed to do this as a sort of antidote to the image of hoarding and fear out there. I know the controllers are hellbent on trampling us all while rolling out their agenda but all around me I'm seeing the people demonstrate that kindness, generosity and courage are more contagious as any virus. And, or the first time in my life, I overheard a conversation about false flags and psy-ops while I was in line at a grocery store. We are living in interesting times for sure.

I am so grateful for all that you are giving us, the breathing tools, the meditation, the stories, the lesson on forgiveness, the little videos, I could go on and on. I look forward each day to see your smiling faces and listen to your stories. Here in the US things are really starting to get more serious. I am not at all afraid of getting this thing but I am seeing so much fear around me. I try to help my sons who seem to really being taken in by all of this, one because he is now unemployed, the other because he has two very young children. I can't really say to them "don't worry, it will be ok" because I really don't know where this is going to take us all. In my opinion, this seems like a huge turning point for humanity and the collective consciousness. Where it will turn will be up to humanity. I say your prayer everyday and I'm focusing on trusting the All that no matter what happens, all is as it is meant to be. Blessings to you both! And Kim, if you choose to only do this occasionally, I totally get that. You must take care of yourself. I am grateful for all that you have done already!

I just finished absorbing all of your comments on the COVID-19 “pandemic”. At first, I was “disappointed”, because the content did not seem to focus on your reactions (Europe’s reactions) to COVID-19. But after the first 28 minutes, your point of view started to “come together” for me.
I especially liked comments about Bill and Melinda Gates and their “influence” on world population control! At the end you emphasized the benefits of acts of kindness, and calming activists among others in the community. I loved that. Thanks so much!

It’s so inspiring! Face your fears and do it anyway, so good and yes I have used it to grow. I also get very bored when I don’t feel that I am growing. I’ve also been studying near death experiences for the past year or so. These accounts are plentiful and marvelous and easy to find online.
Thank you! I always wait until the evening to watch your talks - and I always have a beer too! I just want to say, that I'm sure many of us have noticed that several hard working, well known and respected folk in the Truth seeking, alternative community (whatever you want to call it), are uploading a steady, daily stream of gloom and negativity. On one level I understand them wanting to drive the message home but the narrative never changes and its starting to make me feel just as anxious as some of the awful, mainstream news click-bait stuff! What I'm trying to say is that you guys are two of the very few people sharing honesty, feelings as well as offering us all ways of becoming empowered during these weird times. I sometimes feel many of these other guys are excellent at lifting the lies and illusion but don't balance it with the light. Ole, you're very good in your interviews with people over the years, at discussing the horrible stuff but maintaining humor and spirit. Listening to you both I always come away feeling uplifted and positive rather than drained and anxious. What you are both sharing with us is gold. Thank you for doing this - letting us participate in your lock down... I'm Swedish but living in Israel where we have our own lock down and of course everybody ask when this will end, and how... Life will for sure not be the same afterwards and we can only hope and pray that it will be for the better. You two give "love and light" a face - two faces that is.
