Om Ole Dammegårds helt otroligt, fantastiskt, spännande och tankeväckande bok ”Likt Tårar i ett Regn” (2018): Jag läste ut den i natt. Kunde inte släppa den. Berättelsen var mer än otrolig. Hur vågade Ole? Vilken styrka! Vilket mod! Vilken nästakärlek som hans berättelse utstrålar. Hädanefter kommer jag att se på nyheterna från krigsländer och om flyktingarnas vidriga omständigheter med öppnare med medvetna ögon.
Dessutom avslöjar Ole att han verkligen är en pennans mästare, inte bara talets.
Jag har valt ut några meningar som ruskade om:
”Vi levande sluter de dödas ögon, men när ska de döda öppna våra?”
En vän till Ole säger: ”Ge mig en anledning att leva… bara en enda anledning. Det är allt jag begär. Hemma i Sverige hade jag kunnat ge honom otaliga. I Khomeinis Iran förblev jag tyst.”

Jag har just läst den undebaraste barn- och sagobok jag nånsin läst. Den heter "ETT INRE ÄVENTYR FÖR BARN med Yolanda Yogapanda" och är skriven av Ole Dammegård. Det är en barnbok som med mycket stor behållning mycket väl kan läsas av den vuxne innan man överlämnar den till barnet :-D. Den har de vackraste bilder. Tack Ole för den resan... Den får mig att reflektera över min resa under de 78 1/2 år jag varit på väg "Hem".
