Mad Scientists Creating Mini-Brains And Makeshift DARPA Underground Facilities!

DARPA is unofficially known as the mad science division of the Pentagon for a good reason. Now they apparently need a couple of city blocks underground to do some experiments, according to a recent DARPA tweet.
