Hi Ole and Kim Thank you for your uplifting vlog today. Here in Thailand apparently our town, Buriram, is now the first to be under lockdown! However, this being Thailand, currently there is no sign of it... We drove out to the shops today and everything was as per usual. Apparently there are road blocks around the town but I have no evidence of that or not... Kim's description of her lightness in her meditation today reminded me that I awoke in the middle of the night with a great peace in me, like something had changed for the better in the world...
