I found the 4 weekly workshop with Ole last year were a good turning point. It grounded me and I've become (sort of) fearless in a way, which isn't to say that some days aren't utterly exhausting with all this dark side agendas. Somehow, that whole 'facing biggest fears' chat that we had turned a switch on in my mind, I needed to have that discussion at that point to set me up for what was/is to come.
