What came to me when asked how I practice selflove, was: “Listening to you!”
It is pure meditation! You are simply broadcasting relaxation, love and playfulness and your chuckling (på dansk: at I klukler) is so contagious! Here towards the end, I thought I don’t care what’s coming in the world as long as I can tune into such a peaceful space in myself, I am untouchable❣️I am not trying to over-praise you - I am just sharing what came to me during this sofa talk (besides tears of recognition) : It’s like your voices carry a certain vibration, that facilitates a real landing in oneself, remembering all the good qualities that existence is made of! Remembering to take it easy - and ‘fuck it!’ when necessary ❤
