I am listening right now for the second time while I am writing this A belated congratulation on your matrimony ❤️ I love using these two Byron Katie questions when I find myself ‘med skaegget i skuffen’: “Do you know that to be true”? and “Who would you be without that thought” I did a session of “Family Constellations” about 5 months ago. That was amazing. I grew up in as an only child in a family that was definitely screwed up big time. It was a great help to let go of several generations of garbage that I have been carrying around for seventy years. 70 years?
