Thankyou for everything you do, and for being you. These weird times and bs on steroids is very tiring and exhausting. One of my favourite people..a psychologist called Bill Plotkin, from the US has spoken about the development of the human being spiritually, and I relate to what he says about this becoming a lonely journey, where we begin to not relate to anything around us and receive no more sustenance from 'out there'...from society. It becomes a journey inward...where there is darkness, great aloneness. He also uses the analogy of the caterpillar dissolving in the chrysalis. When we become awake and aware and turn inward ...that journey into the chrysalis to dissolve and metamorphose is very hard and yet transformative into a new being. We just have to hang in there.
