Why can’t I log into my account?

If you’re having problems logging into your account, try these steps:

* To reset your password, click the following link: https://lightonconspiracies.com/reset-password/
* Make sure there are no spaces in the email address or password boxes.
* Manually input your email address and password instead of using autofill.

Our Password reset is a 2 step process:

* You will be emailed a “Reset Password request” and as soon as you click the confirmation link marked in the mail, you will be redirected to the homepage. When you see the homepage you will get another email with a randomly generated password from our system. This is done to ensure strict security for you. You can then use this password to log in to your account.

* Should you still have problems, please use a private/incognito window in your browser to log into your account.

How do I cancel the auto-renewal on my subscription?

* After you logged into your account select the Cancel Auto Renewal within the Profile > Account settings.
* Please provide us with some feedback so we can improve our platform.
* Then select the Cancel Auto Renewal button.
* You will have access to Light On Conspiracies until the end of your current subscription period.
