Thank you again, for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us/me, I so appreciate being reminded. I also do recommend Anita Moorijanis first book on how she recovered from severe cancer. It’s so inspiring! Face your fears and do it anyway, so good and yes I have used it to grow. I also get very bored when I don’t feel that I am growing. Thank you Kim for inspiring us women?❣️I believe that it’s so important now that we stand up as the world needs the feminine energy to balance the masculine. So again I wrote on a piece of paper, What is my biggest fear now? So that’s what I am contemplating tonight?. Lots of love to you both❤️❤️Namaste

Thank you! I always wait until the evening to watch your talks - and I always have a beer too! I just want to say, that I'm sure many of us have noticed that several hard working, well known and respected folk in the Truth seeking, alternative community (whatever you want to call it), are uploading a steady, daily stream of gloom and negativity. On one level I understand them wanting to drive the message home but the narrative never changes and its starting to make me feel just as anxious as some of the awful, mainstream news click-bait stuff! What I'm trying to say is that you guys are two of the very few people sharing honesty, feelings as well as offering us all ways of becoming empowered during these weird times. I sometimes feel many of these other guys are excellent at lifting the lies and illusion but don't balance it with the light. Ole, you're very good in your interviews with people over the years, at discussing the horrible stuff but maintaining humor and spirit. Listening to you both I always come away feeling uplifted and positive rather than drained and anxious. What you are both sharing with us is gold. I hope you have people supporting you in the way you do us. Have a lovely evening with your South African friends, Sorry for the ramble 😉

Thank you for doing this - letting us participate in your lock down... I'm Swedish but living in Israel where we have our own lock down and of course everybody ask when this will end, and how... Life will for sure not be the same afterwards and we can only hope and pray that it will be for the better. You two give "love and light" a face - two faces that is.

Thankyou for the light you spread, and for reminding me of not poining fingers and bullying others who don´t share my opinion.
