Lawyer Reveals How Communities Can Retain Their Authority Regarding Cell Towers, Antennas, and 5G Installation

By B.N. Frank

High-speed internet is achievable, safer and more secure with a wired internet connection (see 123) – not 5G, 4G (see 12) or WiFi (see 12). Americans have already paid to have safer high-speed internet via fiber optics (see 12345).  Reports have indicated that 5G hasn’t even been reliable or faster where it has been installed (see 123)!

American opposition to 5G and other wireless infrastructure continues to increase due to concerns about reduced property value (see 12), public safety (see 123), health (see 123456), and environmental risks.  Municipalities have taken legal action against unwanted deployment (see 123).  Some opponents have accused unwanted installation as a form of “environmental racism.”

For many years, Andrew Campenelli, has helped Americans stop unwanted wireless installation in their communities.  Thanks to Environmental Health Trust for posting these new videos.

From Environmental Health Trust:

5G and Cell Tower Ordinances/Setbacks in the USA

EHT executive Director Theodora Scarato was invited along with lawyer Andrew Campanelli to present to the development Board of Pittsfield Massachusetts to speak on cell tower setbacks and what Cities can do to ensure they retain their authority regarding placement of cell antennas in neighborhoods. We highly recommend watching these two videos.

Cities AND entire countries have taken action to ban, delay, halt, and limit  5G installation AS WELL AS issue moratoriums due to health, safety, environmental and economic risks.  Contact your legislators immediately and demand that the next COVID relief bill be written for installing high-speed wired broadband.  Remember – Americans have already paid for this!

Americans opposed to 5G may also sign this letter asking President Biden and Vice President Harris to stop deployment.
